Does it handle engine and generator hour-based tasks?
Yes. Tasks can be calendar-based (days/months) or meter-based (engine/generator hours). Update your hour meter readings and hour-based tasks recalculate automatically.
How does the equipment catalog work?
Select your engine, generator, watermaker, or other equipment from 375+ entries across 22 categories. The correct service tasks with manufacturer part numbers are created automatically. Your spare parts inventory is also populated with the right filters, impellers, belts, and anodes.
How does inventory automation work?
When you complete a maintenance task that uses parts (oil filters, impellers, belts), the inventory quantities adjust automatically. Min stock levels are suggested based on your cruising scope. A printable order list shows everything below minimum.
How do certificate reminders work?
When you add a certificate with an expiry date, a renewal reminder task is automatically created on your dashboard 3 months before expiry. Insurance, safety inspections, and licences are all tracked.
Can I export my service history?
