By accessing or using Vessel Ready, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Vessel Ready provides maintenance tracking, equipment logging, and consumables planning tools for vessel owners. The Service is provided for informational and organizational purposes only. It does not constitute professional marine, engineering, mechanical, legal, or safety advice.

3. No Warranty of Safety or Seaworthiness

The Service does not guarantee vessel readiness, safety, compliance, or seaworthiness. You remain solely responsible for vessel operation, maintenance decisions, regulatory compliance, and crew safety.

4. User Responsibility

You are responsible for entering accurate data, updating engine hours, and verifying maintenance intervals. The Service relies on user-provided information and does not independently verify accuracy.

5. Beta Disclaimer

The Service may be offered in beta form. It may contain errors or incomplete features. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dwayne Miner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the Service. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, code, structure, and content are owned exclusively by Dwayne Miner. You may not copy, reverse engineer, redistribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

8. Feedback

Any feedback or suggestions provided may be used without restriction or compensation.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Brunswick, Canada.
